Carson turns {ONE} | New Orleans, LA Photographer

I seriously am blessed to be able to photograph all these cute kids ! Carson did not like me at all though. lol .. This session was the longest because he would not stop crying at first… until we gave him a lollipop. You can see tears in his big beautiful eyes while mommy tried to comfort him with a kiss below.

Carson was very quick at smashing his first cake.

I met up with Trisha’s family in West End Park and we spent the afternoon there last weekend. It was such a beautiful day with perfect weather. Enjoy their session below! =)

Ava & Nathan | New Orleans, LA Photographer

I met up with these 2 gorgeous kids last weekend and instantly fell in love ! Who doesn’t? Baby Nathan was just curious about everything around him and his eyes were always on mommy & daddy. Not me or my camera =(( Ava, on the other hand, was always ready for a picture. Tooooo cute ! She is so sweet and caring. Always giving Nathan kisses and trying to hold him back so he doesn’t fall. I know that Mom and Dad will cherish these times forever, and I was honored that they asked me to photograph it. Here are a few of my favorites from the day. Enjoy!

This is probably the only one where he was looking straight at me with a smile !! This melts my heart… =)

Oh that face!!! and the bubbles.. lol … future heart-breaker right here.

Ava posed for the camera while baby brother takes a short break.
Beautiful face with a sweet personality to match. ❤

Aawwwww… Mommy has the puffs on her hands

He’s probably thinking …. “give me those puffs and I’ll give you a smile”

“YUMMMmmm”

“OK, here it is… a BIG smile for you !”

Lastly, I have a hard time choosing between these 3 of Ava.. I love them all ! Tell me what you think . . .

Sunset Ballerina | My Love – My Life

On my way home from work last week, I saw this beautiful golden light. So I rushed home and dolled Miss Cindy up for a quick session. However, when we got to City Park, the sun was no where to be found ( it was behind the clouds…almost 7:30pm ) I wanted to go home but Cindy was too excited about her fluffy dress, she wanted to take the pictures anyway. Glad I agreed, because Mr.Sun came back out for about 10 more minutes =)

Finally put this roll of tulle to use. It’s been laying under the bed for quite some time now. I’m glad my baby loved the dress because we’re taking it back out for another session soon !!! =)
